The caravan was over and above our expectations. We are a large family and the caravan had so much space we actually had empty cupboards. Service was excellent as was the standard of cleanliness of the van. We had a great week!!

Matthew and Christine had everything you could possibly need in the caravan. We had an excellent trip and the caravan was perfect. They are very well organised and make sure your pickup and drop off run smoothly. Recommend them highly and its good too for anyone who doesn't have all the accessories to tow a van as Matthew provides them all.

The van we hired was a Jayco Discovery 1. We had it for 2 weeks and travelled over 3000kms without any problems whatsoever. We found the van to be in excellent condition, it was meticulously clean and well kitted out with everything needed for an enjoyable holiday. We found Matt and Christine a very pleasant young couple, and very helpful and approachable with any questions we had. rnWe would certainly use their services again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Great Escape Caravan Hire to anyone. rnrnrn

We hired the jacyo expanda van for three weeks. we travelled to queensland. We had a great time. we had no problems with the caravan. Everything we needed was provided in the van. We did hire the annex for extra space. We would recomend great escape caravan hire to everyone wanting a care free holiday.

Hired the Jayco Discovery for two weeks which towed well behind our X-Trail The hire fee included electric brakes, anti sway bars and mirrors as well as everything we could have needed inside the van. All we had to take was our linnen, clothes and food. WE had a few days of cold, wet weather but were very cosy inside the van. The heater worked well. The service provided by Matthew and Christine was excellent and have already recommended them to our friends..

We really enjoyed our Jayco Expanda caravan.We found it compact and easy to tow,easy to assemble and found that the design with the beds at either end leaves so much living area was brilliant.Also with the pop top I had plenty of head room for my 6'2 height. The only problem with the Expanda was that ,on cold nights it was drafty and much harder to heat up than a conventional solid caravan.We did not have enough warm bedding and insulation. (Thanks for the feedback, We will now look into the option of addition heating for the caravans. UPDATE, We have now added and extra heater to our caravan with positive feedback)

Awesome Van, fantastically equiped and just like brand new. Excellent service from the Matt who provided us with a great deal of help when we turned up without out our trailer adapter plug. My family enjoyed a fantastic holiday with many cherished memories made. Many thanks to Matt and Christine who went the extra mile when it came to service.

Our family of three hired an expanda for 2 week holiday in the christmas break to port Stephens. We experienced all weather conditions during this period and the expanda didn't miss a beat. We remained dry during the rain periods, thanks to the annex and cool during the heat, thanks to the air-conditioning. We had a fantastic holiday and would not hesitate to do it again this time with the discovery as we want to try before we buy. Matt and Christine are great hosts and really go out on a limb to help you out. The expanda was easy to tow and ultimately we didn't want for anything with all the extras supplied. You really only need to bring clothing, bedding and food.

Great people to deal with. Van was excellent. This was our first time hiring and towing a van. Matt and Christine could not have been more helpful. We will be back but for a longer holiday next time. Expander 1 slept 6 people comfortabily. Easy to tow and set up. Recommend to anyone.

What a great small business to deal with. Matt and Christine could not have been more helpful throught our holiday experience. The van we hired was just lovely. I found the van great to tow. We could not reccomend any higher Matt and Christine and the wonderful experience that they endevoured to make possible for us.
